Directors are considered the most influential people in their region's and the ones responsible for moving the sport of flair forward.
Tomoyuki Hojo
Country: JAPAN
City: Tokyo
In Asia he is called the grandfather of flair but the “catman” as he is more commonly known is pretty far from being a grandfather with lots of passion for flair and wealth of knowledge when it comes to bartending. Having organised competitions all over Asia in the past 12 year's he still works as a bartender in Yokohama, Japan where he trains students in all aspects of bartending.
He is responsible for discovering, training and helping many a Asian bartender to become World class competitors and definitely the reason we have so many bartenders travelling from the East competing and making waves in competitions all over the World today. Without the “catman” flair would be a couple of year's behind and having him on your team one can't help but to feel positive about the future of flair.

Kiko Pericoli
Country: PORTUGAL
City: Lisbon
Kiko originally hails from Italy but made the move to Portugal 6 year's ago and never looked back. As the CEO of a very successful events company he constantly travels pushing the boundaries of the events entertainment industry. As a long time flair bartender he has gone on to organise many a competition in Portugal which earned him the reputation as a great organiser, judge and overall nice guy. Leeroy Petersen
Country: AUSTRALIA
City: Sydney
Director of Australia
Leeroy's involvement with the wonderful world of bars started 13 year's ago in Australia. He gained some wonderful experience on his travels around the world and upon his return he launched his own events company that he operates out of Sydney. Our man from down under has been involved with countless openings of new bars local and abroad and he's given back to the flair community either by organising, assisting or judging flair and mixology competitions both in Australia and beyond.
Great to have him on the team and making the world yet a smaller place by combining our expert forces around this great big globe of ours.
Jaco Brink
Country: SOUTH AFRICA
City: Cape Town
Anybody that's met Jaco know that he is a very person with a big heart and great love for flair. He is currently the operations manager for a very large South African restaurant & bar chain but he still finds time either organise or assist events related to flair in South Africa. The WFA team is very happy that he decided to be more actively involved in Africa and we believe with his help S.A flair is most definitely on the right track.
